Soberoo is a group of passionate, like-minded music fans who choose to remain drug and alcohol free at the festival. The group holds meetings daily at noon, 4pm, 8pm, and midnight (no midnight meeting on Sunday). Look for the yellow balloons and get full details at the Soberoo Tent located across from That Tent in Centeroo.
Locations:
Soberoo Booth is located across from That Tent with the other nonprofits.
2021 Update: Soberoo booth will now be located inside of Planet Roo instead of directly across from That Tent. Should make it easier to deal with.
Soberoo meeting location is along the walkway from That Tent to What Field/Arch. There is usually a barricade against the wall with some yellow balloons on it.
2021 Update: Meeting tent will now be located between This Tent and The Other just behind the shade tent. Should be more quiet than the previous location.
While there are scheduled meeting times in the meeting location, feel free to stop by the Soberoo Booth at anytime. There are volunteers there happy to hang out, whether you just want contact with a sober buddy or need some "traction in an otherwise slippery environment".
Meeting Times:
Noon, 4pm, 8pm, and midnight, but no midnight meeting on Sunday. Meeting attendance ranges anywhere from 10 to 80 folks.

I heard a sober attendee state that the meeting early in the day with Pelican playing just outside at That Tent was the most badass meeting he has ever been to. He just wasn't feeling Michael Kiwanuka.

First time doing Roo sober! Pretty excited to meet everyone!
excited to meet you too! glad you are making it. unsolicited advice: stop by the soberoo booth (across from that tent) to say hi earlier in the weekend rather than later. if you are like me it gets harder and harder to connect and easier to isolate as the weekend goes on. not a ton of us on inforoo but do share that you are an inforoo'er, if i'm around i'll say hello.
as stated in the OP the soberoo booth is always manned, so you can always go over there to chill, but we have specific soberoo meetings in the secret meeting area on the walkway between that and the arch at noon, 4pm, 8pm, and midnight everyday (no midnight meeting on sunday). look for the yellow balloons.
the meetings aren't technically 12 step meetings although most people there are likely from 12 step groups and familiar with 12 step terminology. the vast majority of us are recovered addicts/alcoholics although occasionally we get a happy normie in there that chooses not to drink or use at festivals and just likes being around other sober people. anyone is welcome who wants to attend bonnaroo sober.

soberoo meetings are unique. they are typically really crazy inspiring, it's always great to see a newcomer freaking out because she or he is sober at bonnaroo and actually having the time or her or his life.
i was at one during that danzig set a few years back, it was really loud.
