Hello my long lost friends, acquaintances, and others who are new here within the last 2 years or so and have absolutely no flippin' clue who the heck I am
I'm on a mission to help out my friend here in town. After being laid off from his job a month ago and running into dead ends he is focusing his efforts on what he loves the most - that being music, specifically music production. He's entered in a contest sponsored by Matisyahu doing a remix of one of his tracks, and after the first day of voting he is holding down the top 3 - but he can definitely use all of the additional support he can get to keep the momentum going!
PLEASE take a minute and check out his track and if ya dig it... VOTE (preferably for him). Feel free to share with anyone and everyone you know... he could really use the confidence boost and of course, the money involved in the grand prize is a plus for him too.
Everything except the vocals was produced by him with the help of a few friends on instruments. I really think it's a very solid take on it and I think some of you will definitely take a liking.

Thanks for the votes guys and gals. Still rockin 3rd place so far.... this competition is overflooded with dubstep madness, and not the good kind either. Here's to hoping the musical talents come out on top
