Your not going to get anything in small claims. It's gonna cost you money to A) file suit B) serve her with the subpoena to appear. After the judge swiftly rules in your favor, she'll never pay you anyways... definitely not worth the hassle.
Unfortunately this is 100% accurate. I doubt she has any assets which you could place a lien on either.

I agree it's getting a bit personal.
She screwed inforoo over and we will make sure it doesn't happen to others but the talk of personally harassing her will not lead anywhere good. We don't need more photos and I don't think constant phone calls to her will accomplish too much. If anything it will annoy her for a few days.
Let's not stoop to her level. She has shown herself to be a dirtbag.
Even if you can't do something in a court of law, look into stuff like swift justice by nancy grace...a friend went on there after getting beer spilled on his brand new MacBook pro, and they set him a $1500 check for a new one!
I said that the sheer thought of any involvement with the law would scare her into paying up, but who knows the extent of her scumbagishness
Well with swift justice, all she would have to do is appear via webcam, from a laptop that they will actually ship to you for this purpose. The show will then foot the bill for whatever she owes you. I would definitely look into some shows like this because I think there has to be a sliver of good in her somewhere, however small it may be, to spare a few minutes in front of a computer.
I think its interesting her fb(Hash Pipe) cover pic is her dog standing over a big pile of money but she cant pay her debts thats pretty shady lily.... I hope your lurking here come on girl your making us illphilly residents look bad!!!!!
