All through the weekend hamburgers/cheese burgers/ saugies (aka really good hotdogs and all the fixins) will be out - turn on the grill and cook some up
Thursday night - out to dinner ala Quacker - local and good!
Friday am - toast, bagels, fruit, yogurt, cereal etc - help your self .. if i know bunny .. champagne
Friday lunch - wicked good pizza, lunchmeat, sammywiches - help yourself
Friday dinner for those that are back earlyish (post Wilco)... Lobsta Saute (no bodies.. just yummies) Rolled stuffed egg plant Stuffed mushrooms Scallops and bacon Roasted veggies Meatballs (sandwich or straight up) potatoe salad
Sat Breakfast buffet:
Bacon Sausage Blueberry and plain pancakes Scrambled eggs Fresh fruit toast/bagels
Sat dinner for the after NFF folks: Grilled Chicken American chop suey Roasted veggies Eggplant parm Clam chowder Meatballs Potatoe salad

A little bit of meat lovers, a little bit of veggie friendly. All good. Since we are doing NFF combined with quack club, the chef(s) is only preparing fuds that can be pre-prepped and warmed or grilled when we get up or get home.

Just curious - how do we get from NFF to Deer Tick and back and forth?
Are we taking shuttle back from NFF to Quack Club and then people are driving our own cars for Deer Tick? Or are we getting dropped off after NFF or something along those lines? Just wondering.....no sweat if it's not figured out yet or still up in the air

We figure that one shuttle stays in Newport for those with tix to the late night celebrations while one heads back to QC with those who don't. I'll be DD Saturday night after Deer Tick.

I would just like to point out that fawn and quacker are the best people. You will all be ruined by their fabulous hosting of Quack Club (I was last year) and it will be the standard to which all other house parties are compared. I can't wait to have my happy ass firmly planted on the Aisle of Misfitts in 11 days.

This is correct. Those of us going back to QC will go to the van with me.. The other van goes to deer tick. It takes a while to get out of the fort and back through town. Be prepared for this.
The slight complication here is a bunch of the tickets are in my name and they are will-call. So i have to stop in town with the Deer tick folks and get the tickets so folks can get in orrrrr I might have a way around this that involves Ms. Bonzai going to deer tick saturday night as me.

ODB... Making arrangements tomorrow for your pickup. Scrog is 'in charge' as Sugar high comes into Logan at 10:45 friday night. An hour back - a little time to sight see in the wee hours - then pick you up at the bus drop off. There will be no DUI's on my watch so I think you will like your ride to QC. I'll be sure the driver makes sure you are picked up! ;D )
I may set up a tent outside for me and my air mattress....is that do-able? or not really. Just wondering
Absolutely!! Back yard is small, but very private. Can prob. handle 3 or 4 tents out back in addition to the 2 ez ups that will be set up. Plenty more room out front, not as private. The up side is the 'wild' turkeys are in young rearing mode now so they are not a noise issue in the morning like they are in the spring.
We will do our best to make everyone as comfy as possible, understanding it will be 'cozy' indoors. Much like roo, waiting for the weather reports....
