No worries, I will not forget, because now Sugar knows and I will tie a string on my finger and if all that fails, there is plan D. ;D This just gets better and better! Looking forward to seeing all of you beautiful people! We may have shared a word or two at Roo, but now there is a slight possibility we will share one of bonzai cushions and that puts a big smile on my face.

For those that are driving and have room, more camping/folding chairs and coolers would be great! All of the booze will be outside in the screen 'porch' - a bit of a stretch there ... chairs and coolers would be much appreciated. We have a local place mega cheap for ice.
I can bring a few chairs. If I can get to my parents to borrow a big cooler, I can stock it up with free ice from Cheesecake. We'll see about that. Any need for more EZups?
And obviously if I can't bring the mother load of ice, I will buy some there.

I could be wrong, but I am pretty sure Fawn and Quacker have all the air mattresses that they listed in the OP. If I am wrong, I don't have a single (mine is a queen), but I have friends who do and can get one for you. Anyone who is flying, does NOT need to bring that sort of thing! Just let us know what you need, and we will get it for you. Just bring yourselves and your clothes. Ok.. clothes are optional.
Also, my parents confirmed our sailboat reservation is 12:30-3:30 and the sailing club my dad belongs to is in Fort Adams. I would assume that I will be at QC by 4/4:30.

Quacker and i have the low chairs with the sun shades that were fine. The only time they are a pita is if its really windy. But then if its windy.. I take the shade off and use my coolibar sun umbrellas.
I can bring a tent also if needed, will fit at least 3 peeps
Yes please. we can fit 3-4 tents out back and tara (my niece/daughter) and i are scheming on some fun related stuff. If the weather is reasonable some might enjoy the outdoors. We have a boatload of air mattresses. If the weather is hot/humid - then come in doors and find your spot. Plenty of room to find a spot if you are not fussy.. and we know Roo'ers are not too fussy. Well except me and my bionic neck. I need cushy.
Sounds like we are good on tents, chairs, coolers. All set on EZ ups. And pretty well set on food. I dont do sweets, so if folks have a sweet tooth, hit sams or BJ's and bring sweets to share.
Cant frickin wait and OMG its coming up so soon. ;D
There will be no DUI's on my watch if at all possible. Late night friday pickups..... Hire a car. Difference between a town car and stretch - pack of smokes these days.
Besides.. cant wait to see Scrog pimping out his limo to go pick up his lady.

Sorry I haven't been posting in this thread, haven't had a whole lot of quality Inforoo time the last few days. I am going to be meeting Bacon in Baltimore and we are going to drive there together on Friday. I also have a small (like only for 1 or 2 people) tent that I could bring. Should I bring it, Fawn? Or are we all set on tents do you think? Anything else at all that we're short on that I could bring? Let me know!
