Amazing bands, good set times, relaxed crowd, lax security, and cheap food.
The people putting it on have no agenda outside of helping the community and promoting good music.
And the local bands are just as good as the ones on the lineup. Remember this is the same city that produced Cage the Elephant, Morning Teleportation, Sleeper Agent, Canago, etc. (not to mention Sam Bush), and their 2010 lineup had a lot of 2012 buzz bands on it.
But yeah, I can't suggest it highly enough. Lineup doesn't even blow me away and I am psyched for this.
Anyone wanna meet up and camp together? I am definitely thinking of going to this but it would more than likely be a solo trip and that would be boring

Will definitely be here. Went in 2010 and got to see a lot of the same bands playing this year + Ghostland Observatory. It was an awesome festival...Winnie the Pooh and Gumby costumes will have to be brushed off

It an everything friendly fest. I went in 2010 and it was literally in a cow field (like much of Western KY is) outside of Bowling Green. I even took my 150lb dog and no one cared.
