I'm just so fucking pissed something like this FINALLY comes to Nashville and I have to miss it. Skrillex on the riverfront? My god thats going to be insane! People downtown are going to think the world is ending.
I'm still blown away by the fact that this is taking place at Riverfront. I'm not a country music purist by any means, but it seems sacreligious that the "dope beats" of Skrillex will be bouncing off the exterior walls of the Ryman, Tootsie's and Robert's. My brain just can't process it.

I've been wanting to see Pretty Lights for years now, but paying $75+ to see him and other acts I can sorta tolerate doesn't do it. Plus I will never, ever, ever, ever want to see/hear/be anywhere near Skrillex. With no way of knowing when he'll come on and the no re-entry policy, looks like I'll have to miss Pretty Lights in Nashville yet again.

I went Friday and Tokimonsta and Santigold were good. Pretty Lights threw down pretty hard.
Unfortunately the crowd was fucking horrible and anywhere that wasn't the crowd was freezing cold. My friends and I left before Skrillex and didn't go back Saturday. But Big Gigantic on Friday will make up for it!
