They had see saws and a hamster wheel at Voodoo '11. they were hooked up to power generators that stored the energy for some of the lights around the fest. So the more people that see-sawed or hamster wheeled, the more light was provided without using the power company's energy. It was pretty cool. I think that'd fit right in with Roo's greening initiative, etc. See-saws that power the sonic forest. Brilliant.

Mayo, that is an awesome idea and I would tooooottallllyyy support that of Roo picked it up!
On a related topic (it's festie-goer generated), at Mountain Jam, people set up a "Karma Wash" about half way up the slope each year.
This is just a random pic off of the internet from 2010, and they have majorly expanded. There are a lot more things hanging from it and such as well as a bunch of people "washing" you as you go throw with things like feather dusters and then people with hoops at the end dry you off.
Welcome back Bonz, but I do not find it strange that your presence being requested in the Orgy thread and then you showing up, like it was the quacking Bonzai Bat Signal.

CUBE is an interactive light installation created by experiential artist and motion designer, Pablo Gnecco. The installation will be an ethereal light show after sunset each night. The audience is invited to immerse themselves within the installation and create their own patterns. Their bodies will become part of the digital system as they step infront of the infrared cameras with the live feed being projected back into the installation.
GEO GARDEN is an installation and lighting showcase created by Mueller Design Lab, in collaboration with Facecandi Lighting Productions. The installation is comprised 500 various cube forms that appear to have risen from the ground, all while pushing grass sections skyward. At night the random geometric forms will glow with palettes of light as festival goers interact within and around the space.
