Also, I appreciate the feedback everyone. It helps putting into a different perspective. I do think I got into some bad no no words, and someone saw my fear and paranoia and decided to target me. I really do beileve that there was too much going on for me to be hallucinating the entire thing. But I will admit I didn't handle my shiz well and I corrupted myself. It's embarrassing and humbling at the same time.
It's a sense of closure. However I still believe there's a lot of gang activity going on and first time rooers should be informed not to go to certain areas super late at night. And as elementary as it sounds the buddy system needs to be re-implemented.
Ehh, I'm only conceding to an extent. I still think there were some major negative vibes going down and I wasn't completely out of my mind. For the most part I was but you guys weren't in the same situation. But still, thanks again...I never expected you jagaloons to help.

We've all been there...I spent alot of time in the medic tent during Tool. Without too many details the person I was dating at the time had a seizure in the VIP bleachers at the most inopportune time ever. It was scary and I spent the rest of the night in my tent in the fetal position listening to DJ shadow scared as hell. You're right it was a very humbling experience.
If Thursday was amazing then you have to look at what was the difference between Thursday and fri/Sat. Everyone has bad moments at Roo, maybe yours was more exaggerated than most but I wouldnt base your entire Roo experience on that one bad time. And the buddy system is ALWAYS the best move at Roo when you think you may be in that situation. There are alot of shady people at Roo, but the majority of people are good people.

Cosmos, I seriously thought you were my brother posting secretly on here to find out if anyone could corroborate what he still thinks happened to him at Roo. Like Abra said, there was some bad synthetic stuff being passed as other stuff this year. My brother left RHCP because he thought I told him to do me a favor and go back to the RV. He thought that people at Roo were chanting "Bonnaroo douchebag" to him and calling him John Candy. He thought his name was announced on a loud speaker. He thought that he was sexually assaulted and it was video taped and broadcast on the Internet and that his work mates saw the video. His paranoia lasted for weeks and he still thinks things are going on.
Not to say that people may not have been messing with you, but just to let you know that there are other cases like this, that were truly synthetic induced.
Thanks for sharing so that we are all more aware. I hope that you come next year and have a better experience.
We're all a mess of paradoxes. Believing in things we know can't be true. We walk around carrying feelings too complicated and contradictory to express. But when it all becomes too big, and words aren't enough to help get it all out, there's always music.
