Jesus. I've been Waiting and looking for "Mafia", not "Disco".
Im at Lilas for the big surprise. But a runoff is always the best way to go. I am arbitrarily going with Roo, until it is not 330am. And it is 100% based in the vote changes until u can catch up with why
We're all a mess of paradoxes. Believing in things we know can't be true. We walk around carrying feelings too complicated and contradictory to express. But when it all becomes too big, and words aren't enough to help get it all out, there's always music.

I'm all for talking more but I don't know what you want me to say. I didn't stack on jimmy, kiko's nonsense made it that way. I was reciprocating Jimmy's vote on me like I have every other game iv had a partner. I switched my vote to avoid 2 votes on jimmy before everyone had voted. I guarantee one of the votes on me is mafia

I also absolutely don't buy this at all. We all found the game. We all got the pm and all found it except you. And that includes me and Kiko who are relative noobs to you.
Definitely you avoided posting here on purpose.
I'm with you on this. LLL is not an idiot. I'm thinking a Viking/LLL runoff if anybody is up for it.
I can ride that train. I'm going to wait for her to chime in but everyone gets a pm so the game had to be somewhere we just had 53 so anything with a big 54 on it should have been a giveaway. I was also a good bandwagon vote at the time. I still want to hear what she has to say.
And jimmy I definitely wasn't trying to stack on you I don't know what else I can do/say to prove it. Roo v roo vp's next game. Called it.
I'm thinking a Viking/LLL runoff if anybody is up for it.
Quacker, this is the second time you have asked others to vote for me. Why the hate my friend?
I know you cannot play the "aw gosh, you are all better than me, no need to be suspicious of me card" in this game like you did in Mafia 50, so is this a new strategy to get me killed off and clear the path?
Jimmyroo, I am posting mafia strategy because I am a townie this time. If you are a townie, then great, but I am suspicious. If I was mafia, I would keep it to myself and post it to other mafia to figure out how we play it. You can ask Hakuna who was mafia with me last game what it is like to play with me on the other side.
Also, SFA was always good for putting this out there, but remember, Mafia strategy is always go to kill the inspector, but closely followed by kill the most experienced / skilled players who can figure it out in later rounds. Hence my question to Quacker. If I had to list it out right now based on experience, the list looks like:
Jimmy and Kiko, you two are the newest, Hakuna typically gets himself killed in round 1, and Roonectar is frequently a target to get spun around, hence why I have the list this way. If the mafia can get 2 from Tier 1 today, they are in decent shape even if they miss the inspector.
As I turn over this game in my head, I am tempted to say our inspector should come out sooner rather than later. I would bet the mafia will try the fake, and we will have a runoff with at least 1 solid mafia member in it. Plus, it forces the mafia hand on night 1.
We will be left with either 3 townies and 2 mafia day 2, knowing that the fake inspector who lived is a mafia member, or 4 townies and 1 mafia with 2 guesses. Plus, it kicks over a hornets nest and makes people talk, creating patterns and posts to find #2.
Just an idea, but this makes the most sense to me from a townie perspective.
One last thought before I wander away. If we do not get a mafia member tonight, and they whack the inspector tonight, they are up 2 v 3 and can stack to kill if need me. This first round is our only chance to have a meaningful runoff, which is why the above idea makes the most sense to me.
In round 2, there will be 5 players, and any runoff will be decided by 1 person, and then any associated shifting, but it is essentially the same as the pre-runoff.
Remember, "A bird in hand is better than 2 in the bush." Lets not get too risky townies, especially with the new format.
Viking, just a Townie this game (but what else would you expect me to say. And no hate. I'm assuming you are referring to a past game since I don't think I've asked anyone to vote for you this game prior to my last post.
My most suspicious list right now really starts and ends with LLL. My least suspicious list starts and ends with Jimmyroo because he seems to be floundering through the same thought patterns I am. Put me in the runoff. I don't really care. Just be aware I'm a Townie and if I get voted off you had better still be looking for 2 Mafia. That is all.
I don't necessarily want you in the runoff. I want a solid choice between a mafia member and the inspector. Look, we have Day 1 information in a Day 3 situation. Lets get more info and have a chance to kill a mafia member this round.
I'm weary of both of you because I consider you to be two of the more experienced players and have seen you both voted off very early because of it. But if one or both of you are mafia it'll be a long night at studio 54
Well, my only preference is to have LLL in the runoff and hope to hell she's not inspector. I'm game for anyone else to go with her. Since it's day 1 and we don't have much info to go on it's pretty much a crap shoot.
Day one tally: Jimmy - 2 Roo - 2 Hakunah - 1 Kiko - 1 LLL - 1
Votes: Viking >> LLL >> Jimmy Jimmy >> Roo >> Viking >> LLL Roo >> Jimmy >> Hakunah Kiko >> Jimmy Quacker >> Roo >> Kiko Hakunah >> Roo LLL >> Roo
Left to vote:
We will close this round in 3 hours barring any further vote changes - 7PM Bonnaroo time. FYI if additional changes take place, I will close this round later tonight or tomorrow morning.
Kiko and Quacker, you guys should probably try to make some more meaningful votes.
Kiko--any particular reason why you want to keep your vote on me? You have not stated any rationale for your vote...and haven't switched it despite everything that has happened. If you're going to keep your vote on me, please at least explain why.
You are correct, no reason for keeping it on. I will usually switch off unless I have a reason. I have just been swamped with a death in the family + school. Bad timing for mafia to finally start.
How long is this round open for? Maybe I will have time to read and analyze tomorrow.
This round will most likely go to Monday morning due to players being away this weekend. If all players vote and have the runoff squared away we will close/move to a second runoff on Sunday afternoon/evening.
Out of town this weekend, but I will check in via phone.
Can someone explain why roonectar looks guilty? He is playing a bit different than usual so I am wary, but if he is Mafia, it is usually easier to figure it out later.
I said ibwould explain why I am suspicious of jimmyroo. The first and biggest reason I wanted him in was because he had already voted for roonectar, then posted after Kiko did his normal thing causing a stack on him, but one he could get out of since kiko's method frustrates a lot of people. Once the stack moved off, he was relatively in the clear and looked to shift suspicion on to roonectar, who was just voting for him as VP. LD pulled this trick in the one game I lost back in mafia 48ish. We all look at the person who stacks instead of the strategy.
In addition to this, he led the charge on roonectar, who may or may not be Mafia, but I am much more suspicious of Jimmyroo at this point. He also moved over to me, which means he has tried to get the 2 people who typically get framed into the runoff. These combined with reciprocating on me are why I feel jimmyroo may be mafia.
Regarding LLL, I am not great at figuring her out, but if she is gone for the weekend, we will need to wait until she gets back to see what she says. Because of this, I think a runoff between jimmyroo and LLL would help. Posting in my cell so sorry for any grammer or spelling errors.
This is the most ridiculous game I have played in. Even if LLL is mafia, why the hell are we waiting for her? There is 1 other mafia out there, and it would help if people tried to figure out who the other townies are too. The lack of participation is absurd.

The one odd thing I took from reading back over is that LLL is obviously playing far different from her usual pattern. It is so different that it is blatantly obvious. BUT if she was mafia I really don't think she would have any reason to be this quiet. She knows this is making her a topic of conversation and bringing up suspicion. It would just be bad mafia strat to be actively watching the game, but playing 180 degrees differently. That's why I'm inclined to think either 1)people are using it to push on her or 2) they simply aren't thinking about it this way. For now I will stick on Jimmy since he seems to be the only one in voting that is using this as a reason to vote for LLL. Of course I could be wrong about this whole thing, but she is just playing so blatantly different than usual, it would be so risky to do this as mafia.
Day one - runoff one tally: Jimmy - 2 Roo - 2 LLL - 2
Votes: Viking >> LLL >> Jimmy Jimmy >> Roo >> Viking >> LLL Kiko >> Jimmy Quacker >> Roo >> Kiko >> LLL Hakunah >> Roo LLL >> Roo
Left to vote: Roo
It's Monday, I know folks are working, school, etc . . . let's still try to get through round 1 runoff 1 tonight, I will extend if necessary though . . . carry on
