A friend of mine just purchased his ticket and has not received any kind of receipt or email notification that the purchase went through. I have not bought mine yet, so I don't know what is supposed to happen. Does he have any reason for concern?

Uh, I'd call them. It's probably ok, but it's also possible that something happened to where his credit card didn't go through. Did he ever see a screen that said "purchase complete" or something like that?
Like I said, it's probably ok, but if it were me, I'd probably still be worried about it. I hate computers. It's mutual.
yeahh i'm not really sure what is going on with it I told him if he doesn't get an email by morning, and it shows up on his credit card once the business day has started.. to call them. Hope everything works out
No need to freak out, When I got my ticket the day they went on sale, I didn't get my e-mail until the next day. It says it can take up to 24 hours. If he doesn't get one then contact them for sure.

I also have not received an email from the bonnaroo tickets website confirming my order and I ordered my tickets on the first day. But I checked my order history on the website and my order was correct.

when dealing with money over the internet..its always risky...id wait the 24 hours....and possibly another 24...maybe watch 24 and see what kiefer has to say about this...but if you dont get a confirmation letter soon...id be worried..like i said, money and internet were never meant to go together
