I've purchased VIP this year! Last year was my first year going to Bonnaroo, and went the GA route. How exactly does Camp Inforoo work? Does everyone need to get there at the same time to ensure we camp nearby? Sorry for my ignorance.

Arch, there will be more details on this as Bonnaroo gets closer, but yes, last year we met up outside of roo to go in together on Thursday morning. Making sure we all camp together is a bit harder...I think our planner last year had been in touch with someone from Bonnaroo to make sure we had one big spot? Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
If i remember correctly idio emailed some one at roo about our group. If i also remember the parking guy had no idea what was going on so we all regrouped while he yelled about getting his wrist band cut off if we didnt move. If he still has the contact info maybe we could try again this year.

My only request is that Camp Inforoo VIP get a new organizer
I would gladly consider doing this again, I still have the spreadsheets and whatnot from when I did it 2 years ago, so it won't be too much work to get it all started again. I would like to think I did a good job, but who knows I will let yall think about it. If not, I would still gladly help and send whoever the spreadsheets I used to help em out and be as organized as possible.
Also, I never looked into the result of contacting them beforehand to reserve a block or whatever yall did, did that turn out good?
^There you are, glad to see you are on board for VIP this year! Jay, if MikeD wants to organize, I say let him do it. We did start a block this year, so something worked. I agree with ncbst, shane is someone we should talk to. With this group maybe something could be worked out with the parking crew, but I think that should be discussed in PM and phone calls. Brunch at Moog, between the Panda hoods and cake, did anybody get AC's number?

I could be in on this. 2013 will be 3rd Roo. Last year camped with inforoo, me and my girlfriend fly in from Canada, so we shuttle in. Does anyone else go VIP without a car? Can we camp anywhere we can squeeze in kinda deal? I doubt we'd make it in on time to go in with the group.
I'm a strong maybe for Roo (Would hate to miss year #9 in a row!) - a definite for VIP if I do go - and very likely will be camping this year too (barring any amazing share-an-RV situations that crop up).
I'm in. I think we should make our best effort to head to the farm on time and save spots for those running late. We took so long waiting that we ended up in a spot very, very far from bathrooms, food, showers, etc.
So I'll be with three other dudes who are not members of Inforoo. This will be our 2nd Roo, we're staying in Nashville the night before this year (lesson learned). We're good people, if you'll have all of us I'm in.
