I'm in. I think we should make our best effort to head to the farm on time and save spots for those running late. We took so long waiting that we ended up in a spot very, very far from bathrooms, food, showers, etc.

Bathrooms are near that blue trailer by the forest on the bottom right and just below the RVs on the upper right, by the big tent. They are air conditioned and kept clean even in the wee hours of the morning.

The reason we were late last year, wil not be leading/organizing us this year, but I agree lets get in there ealier!

Hey all, how have you wonderful people been
To be fair there were bathrooms very close but you had to pass thru security and go to the VIP stage seating (worked great for the late night calls from nature) Showers were a bit of a trek.
We need to get a list of everyone with multiple VIP parking passes. They let people with two passes have two spaces. We can save a few spaces for people that are coming in late.
the earlier the better! I also never sleep the night before. It would be sweet if we could have one person go in on foot and walk in to claim there space and speak to someone like an hour ahead. because that's the only way they will ever make space for us. The attendant who parks us does not have a radio and will not know we are coming! No matter who we speak to. I was at the head of the pack last year and some were cool with it and others just wanted me to move. Moral is someone needs to talk to the very last guy we run into and convince him to start a new block for us. I have found a case of beer can move mountins on a hot day
But to be fair Holls did a good job of making sure everyone was informed and we all got to the spot. But punctuality is not something I really associated with Bonnaroo ;D
Newbie here. Hubby and I are coming all the way out from Socal if Macca is indeed playing. Been lurking the boards, very informative. We have never festival-camped before. We go to coachella and stay in a hotel. I can say, the thought of this trip and getting the true experience excites me very much.

Hoping to get to Roo again for a 5th round! I will likely be going solo and may be looking for a VIP split. I will also be camping without a car and would love to secure a spot with my tent with the VIP inforoo crowd (your site was awesome last year).
Just an FYI I will be starting a new VIP thread in the next few days to a week. The first post will be kept current with who all is going and time and location updates. I have totally lost my train of thought with archstantons signature right above my text window, and I can't stop giggling, being grossed out, and I am not sure what else all at the same time.
If I go this year (50/50 based on my schedule), I will be doing VIP again. Last year was my first time in VIP and I don't ever want to go back to GA after the amazing experience I had.
If everybody doesn't mind a mini-Inforoo villain, I would be up for joining the group. The rest of our group is either commuting in or GA. So, the wife and I are on our own (well as much as you can be at Roo). We definitely wouldn't mind making some new friends.
And wow, you're like a walking, talking infomercial to turn people away from Pearl Jam and Ohio State, aren't you? Before you started posting here I quite liked Pearl Jam and was indifferent towards OSU, now I find myself wishing that Eddie Vedder falls down a mine shaft or that Columbus is infested with locusts

I just bought VIP - woohoo! I need to get rid of the other ticket though if possible, but keep the parking pass. If you need an extra VIP ticket only, or know someone who does, PM me!
