Hello, my name is Christin and I'm a seamstress. I make all sorts of hand made items from purses and clutches to aprons and more. I'm (fingers crossed) going to sell some of my stuff at this years festival, and wanted some insight to get prepped. I want to know what it is you're looking for. I do a lot of boho looks and use lots of natural coloring. Check out my etsy shop if you want a good look at some of the stuff I've made.
I'm also considering making skirts and dresses to sell, so give me some ideas please! Looking forward to making tons of great stuff for you to buy, and from hearing your opinions! Thanks!

Hey Christin!
Welcome to Inforoo and thank you for putting this in the right section. Hopefully we'll be able to give you an idea of what people are looking for at Roo. Stick around and stay active....great community here
And since I promised to be nice to new members (a promise I'm going to at least try to keep)...
Bandanas, tank tops (like lax pinnie's), and I'm sure you could even sell a few kilts if you wanted to.
Breezy clothing for men, or anything that will help tolerate the heat (which I'm going to assume will be unbearable this year since last year was so nice weather-wise).

Thanks guys that really helpful! Tricky dickey I appreciate you being nice I am making some really cool towel travel toothbrush rolls and jewelry rolls that can double as smoking accesory kits FYI I was also thinking head bands but bandanas are a really great idea too!
I think anything on your poll is solid with the exception of camping supplies. I am not sure what qualifies as "smaller items", but I am sure there are cool things involved in that. I like spending money on random things ;D I generally stop for jewelry, pins and other accessories like hair stuff. I also buy dresses, tapestries...
Welcome back Bonz, but I do not find it strange that your presence being requested in the Orgy thread and then you showing up, like it was the quacking Bonzai Bat Signal.

I was thinking camping gear would be a good seller since everyone would be camping, like travel shower kits and stuff. I put smaller items to see if people were more interested in keeping their loads light so they're not bogged down with big stuff.

You can sell some camping gear stuff but they usually have a ton of that at Roo already so you'd have some competition. Maybe some stuff that you could decorate your camp with? People love that kind of stuff as well.

It's Too early for this to exist for this year, but does anyone know if they put out a vendor list prior to the festival so people can check out what's going to be there? Or do you know of any other forums I could go to meet some of these people?
The #1 most clever handmade item I've seen in my four Roos was this: Bloody Marys. One fine blazing hot morning a woman walked up our aisle bearing a tray on which were a dozen or so see-through plastic cups, each poured full of "organic Bloody Marys" that were garnished high with celery, limes, olives, etc. Five bucks each. She sold out before I could get to her. Brilliant--she probably paid her car off that weekend.
