I was thinking about it last year, but it wasn't worth the cost once I saw the schedule. You can't see all that many bands since it doesn't start until 8pm, and most of the bands that are playing wouldn't cost more than $12 to see separately.
I just heard about these guys last night, but I had no idea that they are big enough to be doing the Stopover! I'm going to see them on Sunday (along with a bunch of other bands in a mini city fest Newtown fundraiser thing). I listened to a bunch of their songs last night and they are totally up my alley.
Welcome back Bonz, but I do not find it strange that your presence being requested in the Orgy thread and then you showing up, like it was the quacking Bonzai Bat Signal.
I'm rethinking this one. The schedule works out well for me. I can buy two day passes for $55 and see Chelsea, Merchandise, of Montreal, Pujol, Prince Rama, Mac Demarco, and BRAIDS. Not a bad deal.
Heading down for the weekend to visit my sister. I'll be hitting up the of Montreal show in Forsyth Park on Friday and am getting a day pass for Saturday. Looking forward to seeing The Whigs again.

Be sure to check out Ponderosa as well.
I only caught the tail end of their set, but it was great.
