Well I locked myself out of my tickets login cause I used a special character in my password.

The problem is with your password that contains a symbol @ Unfortunately we can't correct this and you will need to create a new account with a different e-mail address if you want to purchase other tickets. I understand you want to access your account, but this account is no longer accessible.

Call the geek squad and click your heels together three times and say there's no place like roo, there's no place like roo, there's no place like roo. You might actually get somewhere, I personally doubt it, but ya never know.

who uses special characters in their passwords?
hahah, my boyfriend. i don't remember his password, but i remember one time he had me sign in for him and it was like 23 letters long, and included some symbols. I was like "are you seriously telling me this is your password??"
anyone who works for a governement entity or anywhere that security on the computer is a high priority - I use special charachters - 2-3 of them usually. My passwords are always a combination of letters numbers and special characters
yeah It's not that they deleted my account. But it gives me the error that passwords must be alpha numeric. I mean it's lazy coding and easily fixed on a db with a little work. they are just too lazy to do it.
Close your eyes. Picture a convict. What's he wearing? Nothing special, baseball cap on backwards, baggy pants... he says something ordinary like... 'yo, thats shizzle.' Okay. Now slowly open your eyes again. Who are you picturing? A black man? Wrong. That was a white woman. Surprised? Well, shame on you.
I hate when websites make you use passwords that must contain letters and numbers. I couldn't imagine having to remember special symbol keys.
my secret is to use a number that's important to me (birthday, boy scout troop number, etc) and only type one of the numbers, spell the rest out in letters.
