Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
Could be.....They did just release an album with a bunch of younger/indie bands. Maybe they get one or two of those acts to join them on the lineup and during their set. I could see them being one of those "WTF? Who expected them" classic type of acts we see added.
Just found this site a week or two ago. Been to one Bonnaroo and plan on a second this year.
Anyway, this clue seems to me to point to U2. Line 1 points to their album "Boy." Line 2 points to Ireland. And line 3 points to their last tour, the 360 degree tour.
Being a newbie to Roo Clues this may be to big of a band to giveaway but that was my first thought. And I believe they are releasing a new album this year.

Definitely too big of a band to give away in the clues. I don't think it is U2.

My apologies, just joined this site a couple minutes ago. This will be my second roo and I have been searching everywhere for lineup clues, hints and rumors
Innocence of Youth = purity Dancing on the galway shores around they must go = Irish jigs/circle dances where everyone forms a ring.
Pretty sure this is Purity Ring and not an Irish band.
From Wiki:
"The Claddagh ring (Irish: fáinne Chladaigh) is a traditional Irish ring given which represents love, loyalty and friendship (hands represent friendship, heart represents love, crown represents loyalty). The design and customs associated with it originated in the Irish fishing village of Claddagh, located just outside the old city walls of Galway, now part of Galway City. The ring as we know it was first produced in the 17th century."
If you google search the ring, it is becoming more popular as a purity ring. And in some stories is symbolic of the purity of one's love, etc.

No worries. Just having a little fun with you. Festival Snob has made quite the name for himself around these parts lately.

No apology necessary...just wanted to clarify. Every year there are members who find out info and every year there are new blogs/twitter accounts/sites that will use this message board as their "source" of info.
Stick around here....it's mainly about bonnaroo but it's a good community for music and festivals in general.
Looks like this clue is Purity Ring, based on the previous responses. I just saw them in Tampa for $12, it was a good show. They have a pretty neat stage setup. There's only one LP worth of content to play, so the show isn't very long.

I just checked the FB comments and Damien Rice & the Cranberries have gotten multiple guesses. The crams are Irish I think,or maybe it's just the singer and I know someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't one of their album titles "everybody else is doing it so why can't I?" Or something close. I never got into them but watched plenty of MTV when the the stood for misic(86-96) so that's where the memories stem. Anyways I know nothing of Rice, but hope to read something after(or at,lol) work.
And Purity Ring was mentioned by several(which I've nevere listened to,don't even know a genre to associate with and would appreciate any helpful thread links)

I cant say much for the other lines, but it could end up being any number of irish bands, my best guess is young dubliners, believe it or not. Just wanted to be devils advocate and throw another opinion in. Id shyt brix if it was dropkick murphys. Friggin love those guys!
