I feel like the easiest way to identify people who have the potential to be quality posters is through the avatar. Anyone who uses one of the "stock" avatars (Johnny Depp in the gas mask from "Fear and Loathing," Silent Bob, dude who looks like the Mars Volta with the fro playing guitar, etc.) generally turns out to be terrible. Please note: generally. So I'm not talking about you. Unless I am.
Can a post be quacking awful and still be the best post of the day? Like it's so bad it transcends time and space to leave a lasting impression on whoever comes across it. Because there are some posts that bring the community together in their awfulness. They should also be immortalize in this thread.
And this is the perfect time of year for such posts.

Side note, I totally took a screenshot of Druid's taco post with her 10,000 count still there. It can live on forever (but it's on my home computer and I am at work now).

I find it odd that this poster, created an account, and made a single post then hasn't logged in since. Troll? Juggs making a secret account to kick out the inside info? Just weird.

you know whats bush league is you spending all your time on this BONNAROO board and treating other ppl that come on it like shiz, thats not what bonnaroo is about at all. You got something stuck way the f*ck up you a** and should probably get that checked out. btw you put almost 3700 post on a blog site in 10 months for an event that is 4 days of your year... We're not all hipster douchebags who automatically rule out any top-40 because we can't brag to our other hipster quack friends about how "oh I totally knew about that band when they were only releasing self-pressed vinyl EPs out of their Dodge Caravan."
This is an ignorant argument. People who are truy devoted to seeking out and listening to music go down many paths to find music. Sometimes they find something great that happens to be an obscure, limited pressing, such as this Dodge Caravan EP. I seriously do not know anybody who puts in the time to discover, learn about, listen, and attend shows just to say they found something first. If anything, music obsessives want to share the music they found with others so they do not overlook something that is under promoted or hard to find. They also care about the backstory because it can lead to more great finds. Nobody rules out Top-40, it's just that it's a small chunk of the music out there and not all of it is that great. A lot of these people are more niche oriented anyway. I've spent a lot time with people on this board that devote a good chunk of their daily lives to music and everybody does it out of their love for it and they come inforoo to share their passion with others. Maybe you should branch out to other threads on this board. It may change how you view things.

They're like a combination of your creepy drunk uncle who just discovered the internet ("hey, you guys still on MySpace? You hear about the You Tubes yet?") who sends you 10000 game requests on Facebook, and a high school junior who just took a rudimentary web design class ("my website is pretty cool...but it could use some images of dancing hamsters and flying toasters! LOL they have wings. Bright orange background, neon green blinking text, and...voila!"). It's insane.
