This is the first that I have heard of it, but it's a smaller camping fest in Hudson Valley, NY. 3 days at a reasonable price... No lineup or anything as of yet, but here is the last lineup on the website (It's from 2011, so maybe there was no 2012?):
Not sure if the prices are updated or not, but it says Tier 1 at $95 and Tier 2 at $120.
Local+Cheap ticket+ camping = Some of my friends are seriously considering this.. no word on when to expect this year's lineup.

New Location: Hemlock Hollow Farm in Claverack, NY <Googling Claverack> It's about an hour 45 from me. Their website claims it's "only 2 hours from NYC and 2.5 from Boston."
