my boyfriend just checked his email and he hasnt recieved one either. we applied at the same time and sent in our deposit at the same time. I'm guessing theyre stil working their way through them all.
Here I am Bonnaroo...signed, sealed, delivered I'M YOURS!
Can't freaking wait. ;D
My b/f is still waiting on his wavier tho (and he applied literally right after me) so don't lose hope!
ALSO we should plan a gigantic vol party on Tuesday night. Besides -- what else will there be to do? The boy and I were talking about a beer pong competition ;D

Yes, yes, and yes! I really don't understand why we have to arrive so early, but at least we'll get to know each other REALLY well! Can anyone who's already received a waiver send some of us lowly ppl who haven't received waivers an idea of what it says? I'm still anxious for details on everything!
You should receive two e-mails. One from volquestions@bonnaroo.com informing you the contract has been sent and one from echosign@echosign.com with the Bonnaroo Volunteer Contract attached as a PDF.
The Bonnaroo Volunteer Contract is four pages long (including the coversheet). The coversheet has the fax number you are to use after signing the agreement on page 2 which details the amount you have deposited via paypal, date of the event, etc. It also references the Terms and Conditions on pages 3 and 4 which is a bunch of legalese but does clearly state you will be required to work 3 shifts of 6 hours each between June 11th and June 14th.
I know several people have already said they had to work less than the 18 hours required in the past. I'm just relaying what the agreement says.....
I know that we volunteers have a separate campsite from other campsites. Are we closer to Centeroo, or is it farther away? Is it a large campsite, so in other words, the earlier we show up Tuesday the better? Or is it relatively small?
From what I remember reading in this thread the volunteer camp is over by POD 1. I could be wrong.
I also have a question. What time during the day should we be there? I'm pre-fest and I have two choices on the Greyhound. I need to know which ticket to buy. All the waiver said was to be there on Sunday. No hour specified. I assume there will be some sort of orientation that day.
I got my waiver and faxed it in. I'm official! Woo-hoo!! I can't wait. I just hope that I won't be scheduled to work during Wilco. That's the only band I'll be devastated if I don't see.
I'm up for a volunteer party. I can't wait to be kickin' it on the farm waiting for the action to start!
I got my waiver 4 days ago but my boyfriend is still waiting on his. I also got the email saying the waiver would be sent shortly, but he didn't get one of those emails. Anyone else still wiating not get either of the two emails?

I agree. I am trying to be easy about it all but that is definitely the one band I really want to see.
It would be nice if they let each volunteer pick one act they couldn't miss. But I'm sure that would make a scheduling catastrophe out of a scheduling nightmare. Let's just hope the Bonnaroo Gods are kind.

Hello, this is my first post! This is a more informative community on all subjects pertaining to Bonnaroo...thanks to everyone who is providing good information!
So I just wanted to ask a question. Four friends and I are all approved volunteers, we have all put our deposits in, and they have confirmed they have received our deposits.
Only two of my friends, have received the waivers and myself and my buddy are waiting on ours, this normal for the waivers to be delayed?
One last thing, all four of us are volunteers and we are giving a ride to a 5th person, who is an approved/deposit ready volunteer. On the application we all checked the "yes" box for a parking pass, when technically, the driver of our van needs the parking pass but...I was worried for a moment, even if we are approved for volunteers, don't we need to have a parking pass as well, I understand they are available on a first come first serve basis, if we aren't able to get ONE pass are we not allowed to bring our car...I mean that would suck, considering we are all friends and that would need hitchhike and hopefully meet up. So 5 volunteers would most likely lose their deposits...
OR
Do they just send out the parking passes and get all of that information straightened out AFTER the waiver has been sent in...if someone could inform on this, that would be great!
I got my waiver 4 days ago but my boyfriend is still waiting on his. I also got the email saying the waiver would be sent shortly, but he didn't get one of those emails. Anyone else still wiating not get either of the two emails?
I haven't got anything yet. I registered about 4 hours after my boyfriend did, and he got his waiver yesterday. Guess I'll just have to be patient.
Question to during-fest volunteers: Does anyone know what time we are supposed to show up on Tuesday? I haven't been able to get any information on that. Any help is much appreciated!
^^^ I think its on page 7-10 of this thread where people posted about getting more information at the end of May, including what time to be there. Last year it said during fest check in was on Tuesday between 12-2. And there was an orientation at 3. Whether it's the same or not this year is anyones guess.
But from the looks of it we should be getting more info after the regular tickets ship out.

Just a quick question... I've seen some say on here that pod volunteers have to camp at assigned camp, but I have read elsewhere that all volunteers camp together. Which is correct?
My first time Volunteering for Roo, but a Roo vet. Thanks for all the info!
I couldn't wait, I finally e-mailed yesterday, just got a reply:
we actually split this list in half...you must be in the half that is still being sent out.
thanks karen

cool. thanks for posting the reply. my boyfriend sent them an email and he has not gotten an answer yet and is worried. this makes us both feel a bit better! I was waiting to send mine in until he got his.

from what i understand, pod volunteers camp in their own pod while during-fest volunteers camp in volunteer camping.
Just passing this along: I haven't got a waiver yet either, so I decided to email Karen. She said they are sending them out in waves and suggested that I contact her immediately if I haven't received anything in the next week.
I am also waiting (and getting antsy), I'm assuming if they said we're approved and took our deposit we are in? or is there a possibility they over-approved the number of volunteers needed and will just stop sending waivers?
