OH SHI! I wish you'd bumped this thread a couple of times since you started it I'd have totally made plans to attend. I'm one of those people who kinda lives in their own little world so I usually have no idea what's going on unless I happen to stumble across it. Is it just tonight? Info is a bit sparse in the link you provided.
It's today and tomorrow. Day shows at 529 and Night shows at the Earl, with Greg Cartwright playing "Dunch" on Sunday at 1:00pm. I stopped by to check out the Third Man Rolling Record Store just a bit ago, but I won't attend until tomorrow night.

FYI: Weekend passes are sold out and Saturday night typically sells out by Saturday night. They are still available right now, though.
Ex-cult rocked it. I love that band. Greg Cartwright's new band with Coco Hames from the Ettes, The Parting Gifts, were excellent. Clone Defects (pre-Human Eye) were raw as hell.
