Let's be serious...given how many acts they dropped on the initial this year (105ish), how many we usually end up with (150ish), that we will get about 20 Cafe acts, a half dozen comedians, a half dozen silent disco dj's, and a few hard/metal and reggae acts to fill out things a bit better, that leaves us with maybe 10ish tent act sized adds.
I'd say lower your expectations people, there will be no Beck, YYY's, Postal Service, Vamp Weekend, etc.
I'm hoping for, unless they have been ruled out already...
Black Moth Super Rainbow Blondes Disclosure Young Galaxy Chromatics Nosaj Thing Lotus
if i remember correctly theres usually 115 +/- stage/tent acts and if i counted correctly we are at 105(106 - Daniel Tosh). So that would leave about 10 acts or so to be added.

Also surprised there's not really a post-rock band on the line-up. I guess you can count Swans but they're more their own thing.
Godspeed You! Black Emperor would be nice, but I don't think Roo will get them this year. I'm hoping they book someone like El Ten Eleven or Caspian. Seems like a pretty easy band to sneak on some additions, plus they're touring right now.

I agree with. My guess would be maybe 1 that cracks the top 20, but closer to the bottom of that. Here's my wish list
The London Souls Grace Potter OCMS Cloud Nothing's Regina Spektor The Sadies Thee Oh Sees
This would be too awesome and would destroy me when it came to conflicts, given what we already have.

We usually end up with 40-45 Cafe Acts and around 15-20 comedians on averagem a year. I don't see many more acts for the stages/tents like they have had in the past.
Also wouldnt be surprised if She & Him got added. They have a show a few days before Roo, I bet once it sells out they get added.
I believe that they're in Nashville Thursday and Texas Saturday and Sunday. They could conceivably play an early show on Friday but I'd think it would be very unlikely, though technically possible.
