Welcome back Bonz, but I do not find it strange that your presence being requested in the Orgy thread and then you showing up, like it was the quacking Bonzai Bat Signal.
I have a feeling the Milk Carton Kids will be added to Sunday's bluegrass/folk tent. New album coming out, and Ed Helms is guesting with them at a release show in L.A. Would be a nice mellow start to day four.
I know I keep bringing them up in hopes, but Neurosis have dates up in Europe until late May, then a large gap for most of June, then pick up some more Europe dates on June 21st. And oh yea, their last Europe date in May is with Swans. Still holding on hope.
(Could you imagine a show with both Swans and Neurosis back to back?)
I'm thinking Baths could be a potential addition. No Tennessee dates listed and he's hitting some random places on this tour like Utah, Montana, Idaho, Texas (Finally) etc..
6/12 - Cambridge, MA 6/13 - Philadelphia, PA 6/14 - Washington, DC 6/15 - New York NY 6/16 - OFF 6/17 - Atlanta, GA

Jefferson is owned by one Coran Capshaw (i.e. the silent partner in Bonnaroo and the guy you buy the tickets from). If they are playing there that raises chances for them to play Roo.
The dates are screwey but I'm willing to bet they will be on that additions list.

So many good punk/metal/hardcore bands are playing this festival the same weekend as bonnaroo. What are the chances rancid, flag or f@?ked play on a Friday then make it to Roo Saturday or Sunday? Or the other way around.

OH GODDAMMIT GUYS I HAD ALREADY LET GO
I, like, seriously cannot handle getting my hopes up for Cut Copy again. At the very least I'll have to make it up to that Charlottesville show to see 'em before Bonnaroo. Honestly, being there in the south a whole week before Roo makes me kinda skeptical. If it was like the Tuesday or Wednesday before Roo, that'd be something to talk about.
Huh? What do you mean by those first two sentences? The 6th and 7th are the week before Bonnaroo.
And you're right, VA and DC aren't technically the south, but I guess I meant near the south. The troubling thing is they're traveling up the east coast the week before Bonnaroo (6th in VA, 7th in DC, 8th in NYC). I could see them circling back down for Bonnaroo the next weekend, but I'm definitely not counting on it. Obviously I'm hoping it happens more than anybody.
Virginia is totally the south, skillet. I was thinking that you were saying 2 days in the south but it's all semantics.
I've got a good feeling about this. It just makes sense to me, honestly (but in all fairness so did Spiritualized and me convincing myself they were playing)
The only comedian that I am going to actually try to catch is Bob Saget.
I saw him at Zanies last year. Pretty good live, not as good as his comedy special, he wasn't nearly as raunchy as I expected.
Bob Saget did a performance for our homecoming week when I was at UCF. I'm surprised to hear he wasn't that raunchy because he was so over the top when he came that girls there left the show because of how disgusted they were.
