What are people's thoughts of having an outdoor photo booth set-up at brunch? I have everything to make it happen (screen, camera, tripod, remote, etc.)
Something similar to this set-up. Would there even be room?
That would be awesome and quite possibly a disaster! Lets do it! Edit: we're gonna need someone to bring some actual corn stalks
I'm at a loose for how to do this without tent only. Maybe find a way to create a marker on the campgrounds, and we can track the marker to the location using gps? I don't know......

On a more constructive note what if we have a core group dropped off at the gate, let them set up camp inforoo, then have a bunch of us doing car camping/vip/rv bring up a bunch of extra ez ups to make enough room? Also run on sentence?
It sounds like they're gonna work out a plan after people are back from Wanee this weekend. Probably have people in cars until the last few steps and then just have them walk in with some core essentials in wagons and set up camp? Don't lose hope just yet! ???
If the new crappy Tent Only policy remains in place and it looks like we won't be able to grab enough land there perhaps we can email the powers that be about allowing us to set up something for brunch around Matt's Tree?

Exactly make sure there are two of you in the car with two tents. Give the bigger stronger one a tent and an ez up drop them off and let them walk in. technically they are walking in and eligible for tent parking, i mean they cannot expect people to walk form manchester can they. Park the car and set up the second tent by the car and bring the rest of the stuff. I say make tent only one big camp inforoo, heck I will have my buddy drop me off and i will walk in. We plan on arriving Wednesday afternoon. If you have more people in your car make sure they all have a cheap tent and an ez up and let them walk over you can always go back to the car and get stuff.

I've got me and the three girls in my van. I'm dumping the girls and ALL of the stuff right outside the gate. They can walk in and help secure space. Remember, we have that huge 10X20 carport. I'm wondering about that tow policy, kinda hard to enforce I would think. I think I will need a couple of carts. It will be interesting to see how all of this plays out. What a crappy thing for them to do at the last minute.
