My only concern is that the girl scout cookies may not make it to brunch since we're getting their a day earlier than usual. I need some way to protect them. Portable electric fencing?!?!
I call dibs on the Thin Mints. We can always keep them in our fridge if you need us to.
So i said this in the Snackies thread, but i'll say it hear. Sorry for semi advertising, but my friend created this product called meat n' nuts. It's this Jerky mixed with Trail mix snack food. I told him how amazing of a festival survival food that it would be. He's going to be giving me a ton of bags so i will be bringing these to the brunch and you all can take them for free. Either eat them there or save them for later in the day or something. It is really really good. I will also be bringing some Ice and some beer as well. and coming with potentially myself and 3 others.
here is the website if this sounds interesting to you at all, really i think it would be great as a camp ground snack, we'll see how it does in the Tennessee heat.
www.meatnnuts.com (trust me it is SFW although with a website name like that i would be nervous.)
i LOVED my grilled cheese last year. i wouldnt mind helping with the ingredients for that if someone is doing that again so you dont have to incur the total expense.
I wasn't sure whether I'd be bringing the grill out, but I'm leaning towards loading it up again... pesto grilled cheese could be on the menu once again!

Still working out what to bring food wise but I plan to have the following equipment for use:
8" Coleman burner that goes atop the Coleman propane bottle Coleman grill 2'x4' folding table (may be able to bring another table that hangs out in the auto until Brunch)

Sweet. Not sure how, but I missed out on your pesto grilled cheeses from last year.

I am making 80 pralines for Wakarusa later today. I'll let you know if that proves to be a bit much and I'll change my mind for the Roo. Any preference for classic or a combo of classic and chocolate? cr****
You're just too young to grasp how stylin' I really was. All the boys wanted to do me when I was 5. Actually the girls did too. My haircut was confusing.

I want to apologize to everyone in advance for eating all of the cookies.
Ya, I'm just tired of cleaning the whole damn house, my roommate can do it
edit: sorry it's something pisses me off every day.
and i'm even saddier you guys didn't like.. thanks you three
Living alone is the greatest thing ever. And I do like your apple. What do you use to carve them? Would you be mad if I asked you to make me a pretty one just so I could eat it? Perhaps a murphy bed?
Madeline I will try my best, but it's going to take a ton of practice to get the lines right on it. I used the knife on my coleman mini pocket knife set. Honestly it's not the best but it worked better than the exacto-knife that was dulling out; also use small scissors to clear paths. I should be using this knife but I haven't bought it b/c I was too busy the last month. www.bedbathandbeyond.com/1/1/115565-berghoff-neo-7-inch-black-carving-knife.html

I loved the pesto grilled cheese. They were amazing.
I came in here to post about how depressed I was because one of my cavity search tollbooth shifts is 6 to 6 on Thursday so I'm going to miss the brunch & then I checked the op!! It's on Friday!! Woohoo!!!! And I don't miss any shows I need to see!! All is good with the world

The test batch of chocolate bacon clusters turned out ok. Needs more bacon and we need to use almond bark instead of chocolate chips but I think it's successful enough we can confirm we'll be bringing them to Bonnaroo. We plan to freeze them and bury them under all our ice so hopefully they'll still be solid by Friday morning.

I have no doubt your clusters will be solid Friday morning, Im sure they will hold up well. But I must say the walk from BFE made my cake pops melty. They were fine at the start of the walk, then just kept drooping as the walk got longer So I hope you're close by, I was very upset about my wilted cake pops.
My favorite thing to make with almond bark is this peanut butter/rice crispy concoction....so tasty....maybe that's what I will make!

Serious question: I want to come to Brunch with all you lovely folks. However, I have been lucky enough to be in guest camping the past two (and only two) years I've been to 'roo. I am 80% sure I'll be ther this year too. My question(s); 1. Where is brunch? 2. Can I get there without traversing centeroo?
Guest camping is vaguely behind the comedy tent. I volunteered to bring whiskey- I would say Bourbon but am probably taking the cheap way out (beam 8 star). I know I can smuggle more than my share into and out of guest camping, but I cannot get it through centeroo. Does the road behind this stage continue all the way to where y'all will be? (5k run map leads me to believe so) If so am I insane for considering the hike with a couple handles of liquor?
Honestly I'd probably have the same issue bringing food. They aren't going to let be match through centeroo with it. Please advise if you are an experienced bonnaroo geographer.
I know I'm late to the party, but I am planning to be at brunch, or at least come by. still working on what to bring... I'll come up with something good!

Brunch is in tent only camping, which is just outside of Centeroo, between the two gates. Yes, you will have to walk through Centeroo to get there. There is a way around but it's a long hike around the What stage field and VIP, and you might not be allowed down that road with a guest wristband.

Going behind What Stage and VIP? Assuming I could do it that would be shorter than going behind This, water slide and the other?
I know I can get onto those roads. And I'm pretty sure I could get off of them- its just a matter of getting stopped along my hike.
Thanks for the feedback. I guess I'll play it by ear.

Does this mean that the group would like bourbon? Because I'm coming from Louisville with a LOT of bourbon in tow and would gladly bring some to the brunch. And I'm talking good stuff, like single barrel bourbon and such.
