My brother and I saw Sleigh Bells at P4K Fest back in 2010 in one of the most crowded sets I've ever attended. We were about five rows from the back, dead-center. My brother realizes a few minutes before the set is supposed to begin that he has to pee. He then proceeds to sacrifice one of our empty water bottles, hunker down in the masses and pee into the water bottle (at that point, why he didn't just piss on the ground is honestly beyond me). He puts the cap back on and apparently left it on the ground. I say apparently because when the show started, that crowd got so fucking amped up and jumping up and down that some liquid container burst and it sprayed all over my leg. I was already so sweaty and disgusting and the crowd was so dangerous at that point that I didn't even bother bending down to find out what it was. I'm 99% sure my brother via the transitive property, pissed on my leg.

I think a volunteer mentioned finding poop in a water bottle a couple of years ago. I wish I could find that post because it's always stuck with me. Can you imagine the logistics of pulling that off during Alabama Shakes or Flying Lotus? Crazy

did anyone see the comedian who did the joke about seeing a guy pissing in the What pit during Radiohead? he also had a joke about how he got a Smiths tattoo. dude had a great set, I need to do some research to find out who that was.
holy shit it was Chris Gethard. that guy is great. can't believe I watched his whole set in 2013 and completely didn't know who he was. he was actually just on WTF and it was a solid episode.

I don't think a thread has made me laugh this hard in a very long time!! Really? Foster the People?! Hahaha But I digress, I find that waiting on the rail all day for a band I love has led to some of my most treasured concert moments and I would do them all a million times over. I only ever plant myself for an entire day if it's in a tent because shade makes all the difference in the world, but there are a lot of other factors that go into the decision. And I find that I'm usually surrounded by people who are also there to see the same band so it's pretty easy to connect and make friends with them, most people have no problem saving a spot while you pop over to the portos to pee as long as you're willing to do the same for them. Every now and then, if I got a hankering for a cold drink I would buy my rail neighbor one as well for giving me the opportunity to move about once in a while. Despite a decline in overall friendliness over the years I still feel like the message of radiating positivity can be found in the people that attend roo ' and even though I drink absurd amounts of water it's so hot and humid I sweat a lot and the peeing isn't usually an emergency
