I have a good friend who regularly goes to Bonnaroo for Adult Swim, and will let you know as soon as I find out something. I'll probably have a few details about the games/activities/guests LONG before it's announced.
I asked him about it a few days ago, and he said he hasn't heard a word about it... "but it's happened the past few years, and they'll probably send us out again this year too."
I've always been disappointed with their setup. The weirdness of Bonnaroo and Adult Swim should go better together, but for some reason it feels like AS just phones it in with these lame games. I'd love to see them actually do something cool during the festival this year.
I've been saying this for years, but they need to get rid of it and bring back the arcade discotheque back. That place was a godsend. Air conditioned, had couches with free stuff on the tables in front of them, video games to play throughout the day and would have late night shows as well.

Tobacco in that Arcade was one of my favorite shows I've seen at roo.

The games are lame but they are designed that way so you can easily win. I always end up getting a couple of free souvenirs because of the Adult Swim area. The past two years I got a customized shirt (customized in the sense that you choose the iron on logo as well as the color of your shirt). Last year I got a cool tote bag with a logo from The Venture Bros.

The two guys that came on stage when Tobacco left momentarily with insect heads with animatronic feelers that would press buttons was pretty much the weirdest thing I've ever witnessed at Roo.
Wait what. Tobacco played? What year was this? Please don't tell me it was a year I was there.
Yeah it was 2009. It was a great show but I kind of stumbled in there unknowingly. I liked BMSR at that point but had no idea Tobacco was related, saw the show and kind of put 2 and 2 together. It was a very happy accident.
