Howdy. Currently going solo from Albany but have a couple of friends from Rochester who are in the hemming and hawwing stage so that may change. Tenth Roo for me, would be my fourth solo.
Heya, coming from Long Island with some people, stopping in Maryland to pick up my cousin and the RV, unless anyone knows a spot to rent one (an RV not a cousin, I dunno how anyone would go about renting a cousin anyways) for cheap around my way.
Leaving Tuesday from Rockland County with atrailer any sugestions on travel time or stop over spots? I prefer a rest stop that will not cost me? May have room for passengers.
This is the first time since 2010 that I haven't known how I'm getting from NYC->TN (rather not fly; just not my preference -- love the road journey). So throwing my name in this hat too.
Walmart. It used to be kind of a purgatory for folks that showed up in Manchester on Wednesday before they opened the gates. Now that they've changed the official opening time from Thursday morning to Wednesday evening, I'm not sure if it's as much of a destination anymore. Maybe it is -- they used to unofficially open the farm on Wednesday night anyways.
Hey, I'm coming from NYC by myself. I am looking to ride down with someone who has room in their car. I have a drivers license, super good driver, down to help with drive along the way. My schedule is flexible. Down to make pit stops and explore the route. Or not. I will have my tent wrapped up small and a large bag. This will be my SEVENTH Roo in a row, so, yeah, I'm fucking pumped, to say the least. I am sad that my little brother won't be joining me, we've gone every other year together.
