Your browser doesn't matter, it's their servers. I got through on Chrome, Firefox timed out. Anyway, I got tier 4, which is really annoying that 2 & 3 sold out while I was trying to get in, but oh well, at least I'm going to Bonnaroo again!
I had been in the waiting room, chose level 1 tickets, entered all of my information, submitted it, and... the next page DIDN'T FUCKING LOAD AND I HAD TO START OVER!!!
Oh, and of course, by the time it loaded again, levels 1 AND 2 were already sold out.
No fucking way I am paying $300+ for something that I should have been able to get for $235.
Bonnaroo really needs to fix this shit. I feel ripped off. So I'm volunteering this year. Bonnaroo is not getting my money.
Yeah. Not gonna get too bummed about 50 bucks in the grand scheme of how much 'roo costs. Got my T4 tickets. Quite obvious they need to dedicate more server space to the "waiting room" because I was there at 11:59:59 and still got tier 4.
Oh well, we are all still going to Bonnaroo! Excellent.
Well that was bull. Signed in to the site early, then ended up getting payment plan because price 2 and 3 were sold out by the time it finally let me in, and I don't have QUITE enough money in the bank for price 4 with fees. Ugh. Whatever, Roo. I'm going.
it does exist, and it's glorious. unfortunately, this was the first year that i got stuck with tier 3. every other year, it was either tier 1 or 2. this will be 10th year in a row going. i can't believe that i've spent over a month of my life on the farm.
For next year, I'd suggest using a mobile device. My phone only dropped the waiting room once and my girlfriends iPad didn't drop it at all. We managed a pair of T2s through the iPad. I still can't get through on the PC.
Sorry if this is a dumb question, but this is going to be my first year at Bonnaroo. My mom just bought me 2 tickets for my birthday gift (21 but when she bought them, she of course used her information. So on the receipt it has her name and everything. This wont be a problem for me and my bf will it?

You need to relax. If you're trying to prove a point, giving Bonnaroo free labor is not really the way to do it. You're really gonna give up part of your 'roo day over 60 bucks? You're also overexaggerating the prices. Tier 2 is 235 plus fees and whatnot, more along the lines of 250 when all is said and done. Plus fees, tier 4 is just under 300.
Don't get me wrong, I'm a little disappointed too. My advice, however, is to pay it and enjoy your Bonnaroo. They wont be missing your 300 dollars, and you'll probably end up missing half the sets you wanna see due to 12 hour shifts you'll be stuck working under threat of wristband deactivation.

Tier 2 (the $234 ticket) would have been $273 after fees and shipping. It's not that big of a difference.
If people are STILL having problems, I'd just try again at some other date. They're not going to sell out for quite awhile and all the tier 2/tier 3 tickets are gone. Their waiting line system was and is a load of crap.
