Is there a thread already for this? I searched and couldn't find anything for this year.
My gf and I would love to be a part of a groop this year. We are over 30, good camp mates and well equipped - I even come with an EZ Up!(plenty other gear too). Been doing Bonnaroo for a while but no crowd to go with this year. We love to share shade and good times and the fact that we live so close makes it easy to join a convoy.
Anywhoo, if anyone is interested in getting a groop going and we can get enough people it should totally be worth it. Or if you have a groop that needs spaces filled we would love to join!

Yes! I'm setting up a groop, and we currently need some more people. I have a thread started over in That Tent. 9 confirmed right now and 9 likely... I'm just waiting to hear back from two groups... I'm probably paying for the Groop Leader tomorrow, but I just don't want to do it with fewer than half confirmed. Message me... we'll have to talk cars passes because it's 1 pass per 3 people.. but we can surely work something out.
We have a fair sized groop organized for the second year. We have 35 confirmed so far but we are expecting 60+. Last year we had 52.
We are coming from all over NA. If any soloers want to meet some great people and have a good campsite feel free to hit me up. Most of us come from What.CD but some more are friends of members and some people we've met at other festivals.
Counting the days...
First time poster but I've been lurking here for years.
Camp The Gretchen Ross Experiment will be returning for our second year
EDIT:
Also, if you actually can get a group of 24+ friends together for Roo, I couldn't endorse this option more. It's worth every penny. You can show up whenever you want, so no need to organize caravans to enter Roo (great if you have friends from all over). Upon entry, you will be directed to a reserved spot right next to your friends. The location is also amazing - a 10-15 minute walk to centeroo (nice to have this guaranteed instead of risking a potential 45+ minute walk from camp). Finally, there are showers, food stands, ice stands and portos all adjacent to groop camping which is ultra convenient.
Literally everyone in my groop from last year that is coming back to roo wants to get in on groop camping again.
Feel free to ask any questions if you have them.
Hey! Thanks for offering to answer Groop related questions. I'm a Groop Leader for the first time and would like some advice on the parking passes. My group isn't 100% yet but it looks like we're going to have more cars than passes. Did you experience that last year? If so, how did you handle?
My thought is to have those w/ little to no gear park in General Admission then make their way to Groop Camping. That's a nuisance though and not really fair since we've all paid $35 for the same perks.
Any insight or suggestions would be most appreciated. Thanks in advance!
Yeah, that's what I'm thinking. Hopefully we'll end up w/ more carpoolers than projected. Everyone has been given the heads up that some may have to park in GA. Thanks Dr. Joe! We're the Good Vibe Tribe so come over and say "Hey!" when you get to the farm!
