well the last question i guess i have is when do you present your tickets/wristbands and how do you get to will call if they don't ship them in time? (ups is not super reliable i've heard)

You give your wrist bands when you drive thru the tollbooth checkpoint. At that point they will put your wrist band on you. Don't put it on yourself ahead of time. n years past, there is a radio station office not to far way(also a school maybe?) where they resolve day of the fest ticket issues.
After you follow the signs and get past Whoreshacks wolverines, you will enter the farm. Once you enter the farm there are "tollbooths" where your car will be searched for glass and other unmentionables. At this point you will present your wristbands and they will be authenticated and placed on your wrist ( do NOT put on wristband prior to this! See this thread here regarding wristbands) bonnaroo.proboards.com/thread/26067
Once through the tollbooths you will be directed to your cxamping area... then you are HOME SWEET HOME! For your viewing pleasure see pix below:

You're going to exit I-24 and get directly onto bushy branch road. There you will probably be in a single file line somewhere from 10 minutes to an hour before all of the cars are are split into separate toll booth lines.
At this point the volunteers will take probably less than 5 minutes to look through your car. They're basically going to check for glass and other items that aren't allowed at the festival. They will only look through things that take very little very little time. Ie- under the car seats, glance in the cooler, and rummage through your bags a bit.
After they finish the search they will put your wristband on for you, give you a map/schedule, and send you on your way.
There's no telling where you will end up. You will be directed in a couple of different directions by different people waving you on. Finally you will arrive at at an empty spot in the grass where there will be other cars in a single file line. There will be cars arriving on the other side of you immediately so you want to get started fast.
Get out of your car, look around, and immediately scream "BONNAROO!!". Next you want to set up all of your big stuff first. Ez up, domed tent, etc. Because you will run out of room, probably.
The will call was at a high school about two miles away from the local Walmart and 15 minutes away from the farm. The process went very quickly and it was nice to use a real bathroom before heading to bonnaroo.
Do they search your pockets and what not or just your car?
You really oughta not bring anything worth hiding from the law anyway.
I unfortunately have terrible anxiety. I tend to stick to things that are natural than to take medicines, but Tennessee has yet to realize that there are plenty of natural alternatives. Because of this, I am made to be a bad guy. C'mon man, just trying to prepare myself for a great Roo. And I know myself. Hope you understand.

I completely Agree with you...But, rules are rules and you can't really talk about that stuff on here.
I am sitting here making a list of necessities, and I was thinking about bringing something like a portable photo booth to put by my tent, or maybe a large canvas for everybody to throw paint at. Anyways, I am just looking for some unique ideas for my camp site; so if any ideas pop up let me know please!!!!

To enter Bonnaroo, they search the vehicle you come in. To enter Centeroo, they search pockets/backpacks/whatnot. It's not to say that they would never search your person on the way in, it's just never happened to me. I have never been involved one of the super thorough searches that happen to a select few on the way in though.
