i would like to bring some hot food for the brunch. do any of you know if i can get out on friday morning and then get back in easy enough to score some food and bring it back. ive secured a vender to supply fresh fried chicken but i have to get out to get it and then back. any ideas
also i thought about bringing a small grill and making something and bringing it over...but what. i would nto want to try fried chicken on a small grill for saftey reasons but maybe i could buy some pre cooked chicken fingers or steak fingers (fully cooked) and then heat them on a grill and bring them over or even bring the whole set up over and cook them there
my goal is to provide a hot dish this time.
i make KILLER mac and cheese but theres just no way to do this at roo i think.
I think you can leave on Friday, it would really depend on how/where you are parked I think. I haven't left the farm when I've been in GA but it sounds like a giant hassle to me. As awesome as this sounds if I were you I would really try to think of something else. Also, I always bring Mimosas, no cooking required. Asking for ideas in the official Brunch thread may be the best idea.

Unless you're in day parking in will be very difficult, bordering on impossible to leave on Friday and get back in. If you absolutely must do this, it might be better to arrange for someone else to pick it up for you. Otherwise, I'd just try to bring something else instead. The only other option might be to park your car in day parking, then bring your stuff to tent-only, if you were planning on camping there anyway. They might frown on doing that... I'm not sure.
