I realize we won't find out for another three or so months, but my mind is already RACING with the possibilities. A lower-billed funk/R&B/soul artist usually gets the nod for the VIP party, so who do you think/hope it's gonna be?
I'm PRAYING it's Lee Fields & the Expressions. Not counting on it, but MAN, if I can somehow get two Lee Fields shows out of one Roo weekend, this will go down as the best Roo ever.
What happens if my tee shot lands on a bird's back and he carries it out of bounds but then is attacked by a larger bird who grabs the ball and drops it in the hole? Is that still a hole in one? 'Cause that's how I'm gonna play it.
I know they had a comedian (opening for a band) in 2011. Was particularly memorable due to him bombing. Felt bad for the guy!

I also felt bad for the comedian in 2011, but he kinda went back at the crowd, if my memory serves me correctly. It's just a tough spot for a random comedian. Everyone is amp'd up and full of free beers on the first night. There's also a lot of talking and hobnobbing with new neighbors and friends.
