I went last year and got to bonnaroo just before midnight on wednesday and it seemed like i got put in the farthest tent city and people that got there the next day got closer spots. Does anyone know how the choose where to start parking people? If I can go later and get closer this year i totally will.

It is like drawing numbers out of your hat. The most you could do really is choose which tollbooth you line up at to be put in a specific area, ie. east or west.

Thanks this really helped explain it atleast i was put in BFE so it does seem like they fill that one up first....the only benefit to being in that campsite in BFE is how quiet it is over there because of the trees.
