I am so close to booking a ticket for this fest, having read and seen quite a bit about it online! I just wondered if anyone else is travelling across from Europe.
I'm in England and I was planning on getting across to the US for about 3/4 weeks on my own ending with a few days with some friends in South Carolina.
My only real concerns are that I don't know if bringing a tent, sleeping bag etc would be possible in a suitcase or bag. I was thinking of flying into Knoxville on the 11th and then trying to find a way to get to the festival. So I thought I would post here before I finalise anything!

Dont worry about bringing one overseas, you can definitly have a buddy rent a tent, sleeping bag, etc from their local REI or outdoors stores. hope this helps

I flew in from Belgium last year. Travelled arround in the US for a couple of weeks, and then flew into Nashville. I think that's easier than flying into Knoxville.
A really nice inforoo member picked me up at my hotel in Nashville to drive to Roo, and organised a tent and some other stuff for me. I camped at Camp Inforoo.
