I live in Murfreesboro TN which is 30 min Northwest of the farm. We have two good size Wally worlds that people come and hang at on Tuesday night and Wednesday and clear those stores too.

Anybody gonna go see if wookies are getting kicked out of their tents the Sunday prior? If they are able to sleep peacefully under the Walmart tree, I'm still going to come and party. It's become tradition.

It is an insurance liability issue. Related to someone who works high up at Wal-mart and they did some digging. Simply put, if someone gets hurt on their lot, they become responsible unless the parties are A. Intoxicated (more of a longer issue involved if there is a party that is not and one that is) B. Participating in any unlawful activity C. Going against Wal-mart policy. If they state the policy is to not "spend the night", you more or less do so at your own risk from what I gather. They may discourage it, but seriously...
I do not expect to be enforced very strongly though. it is gonna be more for people staying there more than one day/night (from what I was told). They realize that this is a sure-fire money maker time for them but "officially" they have to follow policy.
