Hey everyone,
I'm new to Bonnaroo this year, so I'm hoping that some of you might be able to provide some insight on something that I've been having an issue with the past few days.
I do some work with The Whiskey River Kings, a band from Huntsville Alabama that has been in the Top Ten of the Road To Roo contest for nearly two weeks now. The problem is that for about 48 hours, all of our contacts have come to us saying that they've been unable to log in to the Sonicbids site to vote for the band. We've researched this to find that this problem is happening across the board with a lot of artists. It's possible to vote for some bands / artists, but not for others.
Coincidentally, Whiskey River Kings have dropped from #8 to #12 while this issue has cropped up. We've been desperately trying to contact Bonnaroo and Sonicbids about this issue and how we're getting screwed over because of issues entirely outside of our control, but have had no luck at all. It's such a complete bummer, we thought that we had the Top Ten in the bag, but now it's slipping away from us at the last minute. Not to mention the authenticity and legitimacy of the entire promotion and contest is entirely in question now.
Does anyone here have any ideas what might be going on? Despite the bad luck that has fallen on us, we're trying to dig ourselves out of this hole so the guys can still have a shot at playing. We'd really, really appreciate any advice or connections anyone can offer on this.

I've only tried to vote twice for bands, and it has gone through both times. You're not the first person that I have seen with this complaint this year though. I also seem to remember that they had a similar issue last year as well. Sorry you guys are having problems.
I, and several others, have had problems voting from browsers other than Internet Explorer. I was unable to vote from firefox, others have had problems with chrome. I was always able to vote from IE. Hope this helps!
