Hey guys. What's the parking like at the DTI? I see it's free (at least in some of the reviews I read), but is the lot close to the hotel? Does it fill up? Someone said in a review that they had to park at a garage and pay.
Its next to the hotel. It is tiiiiny.
I've never parked there, but I feel like there is an overflow lot down the street.
Thanks, GL. That's basically what I was reading. I guess if the lots fill up, that's when the parking garage comes into play.
Yeah, it definitely fill up but I think you'll be fine. The only time I rememeber one of us having an issue is when Holls and CapnJack/Sleepy went out for a late day beer run and ended up parking way down the street. Just don't drive once you get there Or if you do, stick to morning/early afternoon. Like GL said, it doesn't fill up til later usually.
Welcome back Bonz, but I do not find it strange that your presence being requested in the Orgy thread and then you showing up, like it was the quacking Bonzai Bat Signal.

We parked our car when we got there last year and didn't move it again until we left to go back to Knoxville. The lot did seem to get full in the evening though.
Last year I was just running around in a mask... didn't plan on wearing it, but I found the thing for 3 dollars at a drug store, thought it was thoroughly creepy, and went ahead with it. Can't seem to find it, but it was a bit of a hassle so maybe I just won't bother. I'll just be a mountain man next weekend or something.
