I had a feeling this was coming. Woo hoo!

But that tweet was in response to the other dude's "Can we throw a party in the That Tent Friday?"

I'm thinking it will be a true Polyphonic Spree show.

Ya ok, that's a little more explicit. Although I'd inagibe they'd want to announce a tent act in advance, which they still might.

Widespread Panic is available.

My expectations are not high at all but I doubt they pull something like last year. It didn't go over well and they know it.

It will be Warren Haynes & Weird Al braiding each others hair

They're gonna replay the McCartney show on a big screen
Those with expectations will feel let down for a moment, then return to their initial Friday night plan

I wouldn't count on Spree filling out the late night That tent activities at this point; but I did get confirmation via a private message with the band's Facebook account that they will be having a "normal rock" pop-up show and hour or so after the cinema tent show near the fountain. I'm guessing this will be roughly the same spot as where We Are Scientists appeared last year.

Sounds like it'll be up against the vaccines/ALO. They should totally push it back and surprise people walking back to camp after those sets

Hopefully they come on closer to 2:00. That way I could see most of their set after The Vaccines.
