I work at Good People Brewing Co. out of Birmingham, AL. They will be there. Evidently brooers who come one year get to keep coming back if they want to- so maybe a few additions but i'd look for it to be similar to last year.

I love GP but they need bring enough beer to make it past Friday. They run out way early every year.

I think a few of the brewers ran into this problem last year. I hope if they make return trips they plan accordingly. There is no shortage of good beer lovers, myself included, at roo. I shudder to think about how much money I've dropped in that tent in my seven trips to roo, but it's all been worth it!
This will the first year I'm able to go to the Brooers festival! Are there a lot of different brewers? Do you pay per drink or is there like a card or wristband you can buy for the weekend?
You purchase tickets for a dollar a piece. The breweries charge differing amounts -- usually 2-3 tickets for a sample and 6-8 tickets for a full size cup.

That's disappointing although not surprising. I wasn't sure if the beer would be cheaper inside the Brooers fest, I guess it's just a better selection. I've been enjoying some all-you-can-drink style brewfests up in New England, but not what I'd expect at Bonnaroo. Thanks for the info.

This year I've resolved to steel myself against the temptation of new beers at $7 a pop in order to treat myself to a massive binge session post-Roo.

Yeah they were, along with the typical magic hat, and blue moon and Abita
Does anyone remember what brewery it was that had the Apocalypse IPA or Apocalyptic Flames IPA (or some similar name). I'm thinking it was Elysian Brewing Co, but I can't find any of the beers I remember on their site. Regardless... I hope they come back too.
Elysian had one of their 12 Beers of the Apocalypse last year - the Ruin IPA I believe. Don't see that one coming back.
Here's last year's list for reference:
Abita Asheville Brewing Co. Big River Bluegrass Brewing Blue Moon Brooklyn Crispin Cider Clown Shoes Elysian Good People Highland Leinenkugels Magic Hat North Coast Brewing Co. Schlafly Beer Sierra Nevada Starr Hill Brewery Sweetwater Brewing Co. Terrapin Woodchuck Cider Yazoo
I'd predict the following to definitely return for 2013, based on the market, etc:
Abita Asheville Brewing Blue Moon Highland Leinenkugels Magic Hat Sierra Nevada Starr Hill Sweetwater Terrapin
Surely we'll get at least one if not all of these: Good People, Yazoo, Bluegrass

This link (http://www.bonnaroo.com/activities/eat-drink/) confirms Sierra Nevada, Magic Hat, Woodchuck, Abita, and Sweetwater for this year.
(Disclaimer: The following is speculation.) I just found a couple of articles from last year, dated Jun 4th and 5th 2012, that announced the beer lineup. Bonnaroo only posted a handful of breweries on their site on May 18, 2012, with no follow-up that I could see. So, based on last year's timing, it could be just a few days before the fest that we find out this year's lineup.
Personally I'd love Lazy Magnolia to make a return after bein' absent last year. Their Southern Pecan Nut Brown Ale has always been a favorite of mine. I'm also lookin' forward to some Yazoo and hopefully whomever makes the Ninja Porter returns as well.
