Camel Packs seem like the way to go, but doesn't have a backpack on all day just make you sweat that much worse or is a drop in proverbial bucket?
The Camelbak isn't too bad to wear all day... a cold (cool), bladder will actually feel good on your back- and having water so readily available is really worth it. There's no need to get one of those giant ones (the size of an actual backpack)... Mine has a 2 liter bladder, and enough storage room for sunscreen, tp, hand sanitizer, my phone, a small camera, and my keys. All together and filled, it might weigh like 5-8 pounds... perfect for me. I would say nothing more than a "drop in the proverbial bucket."

Pedialyte + Camelback = Hydration Happiness.
Pedialyte was developed to rehydrate the body after bouts of sickness. I get the the cheap ones from Walmart sture that come in a portable packet. Just tear them open and use pour it into your water. they taste good too
The camelback I use (also use for biking and hiking) is similar to this one.
