First time going there and been reading a lot of threads about the wait.
Just wondering if vets can please give me a notion of whether or not my plan bound to keep me in line for 10 hours and I should consider something else?
I am renting a vehicle and plan on parking in general parking the entire time.
These are the directions given to me. I am coming from Nashville:
Turn right onto Harding Pl/TN-255. Harding Pl is 0.3 miles past Airpark Center Dr
Merge onto I-24 E via the ramp on the left toward Chattanooga. If you reach Traveller Inn Dr you've gone about 0.1 miles too far Merge onto TN-55 E/McMinnville Hwy via EXIT 111.
turn right onto Ragsdale Rd. If you are on McMinnville Hwy and reach Interstate Dr you've gone about 0.1 miles too far
Take the 1st right onto New Bushy Branch Rd. If you reach Circle Ave you've gone about 0.4 miles too far
1560 NEW BUSHY BRANCH RD is on the right.
Do I stay on I-24 E or take this Ragsdale backroad? Or am I looking to be stuck here for 10 hours on the backroad?
This all depends on when you plan to arrive. If you plan to arrive around noon or later on Thursday I would say be prepared to wait. If you plan to arrive Wed night/Early Thursday morning you should be fine. By fine i mean a 2-3 hr wait.
