If you want some criticism I will provide some. But 1st off i will mention it looks like you are headed in the right direction. You have proper shading to allow wind to flow which alot of people dont think about.
1st off what happens when it rains and all the rainwater coming off your shade tent rushes straight down on top of your tent? I will tell you to prepare to get wet. If it were me I would either have my tent under the shade tent or use another tarp and hang it somehow underneath one of the sides of your shade tent and bring it down to behind your tent and stake it down. This will make the rain water run off over the top of your tent and behind it. Another precaution would be to use a tarp to set your tent on and make it where the tarp that is running your rain off is tucked under the tarp you put down for your tent. So that when the run off gets to the group the water if it chooses to flow back toward your tent at least it will be under the tarp and not directly under your tent. If you would like an illustration of that let me know because i can see how one would get confused after reading that.
Other than that like I said you are headed in the right direction.
