Ok, so i've searched all over the board trying to find an answer before posting this...no luck. So I paid $200 for an RV pass.... but what came in the mail says "RV VOUCHER"....and also says in small print "you must have an RV Parking Pass to park your RV on site"..... so basically i'm confused.
Are they going to take my voucher and give me pass when i get there? did they just not have the passes ready in time, so decided to do this voucher thing?
any help would be appreciated. i have emailed Bonnaroo, but who knows how long that will take.
I would assume if you have all you paperwork you should be fine. I am also assuming you bought of the bonnaroo site. The "you must have an rv parking pass to park your rv on site" might just be a friendly reminder that you need that voucher/pass physically with you to park there so don't forget it. Which I guess a normal thinking person can argue "well duh of course",why put that in there to confuse me a normal thinking person, but we all know how well the "DO NOT PUT YOUR WRISTBAND ON BEFORE YOU REACH THE TOLLBOOTH!!" instructions went for roos passed. I would just wait for roos response but I think your good.
Yeah, hopefully you're right. Still, if that was the case why "VOUCHER" in bold print used on the main ticket, then "Pass" used in that other part?
I got some automated response already that has all kinds of FAQ type answers listed, and then it says that if the answer is included in that stuff, then nobody will respond???? thanks B-Roo.....
I would love to hear from other RV'ers regarding what they got in the mail.
Every year the RV pass/voucher is the same, don't worry, you received the correct and only thing you'll need to get your RV in. It's a funny thing that in 8 years of going, at no point has anyone asked to see my RV voucher. Have fun!!
Well i finally got an answer directly from Bonnaroo..... sweet!
"Thanks for getting in touch. You will exchange your voucher for an RV pass upon arrival at the festival. Please let us know if you have any other questions."
I worked at the toll booths and scanned those vouchers. They look like a paper ticket and have a barcode I think that we scanned, if i remember correctly...then we can put "RV" and a sticker i think on your window and parking people up ahead should guide you to the RV section.
Guys, my friend bought the RV pass + companion. All he has is the receipt, and they sent him a GA wristband instead. No "voucher" although the receipt does say "RV + companion" will this be enough??? Help pleeeease, were really nervous since roo is so soon!!
