So I painted a few murals last year. It was a blast. (You can see one in my profile photo.) I'm hoping to do a couple more this go round. But I need your ideas. Mostly I paint robots, monkeys, and unicorns, but I'm open to all input. I think it'd be fun to do a crowdsourced concept mural from infoo folks' imput. If you see me out there say hi! I'm the bearded guy with the paint (brushes NOT spray paint).
how about a superjam with robots, monkeys, unicorns and other exotic creatures (i.e. dragons?) playing instruments. Throw in a hobbit, gnome or two, maybe backup vocals from a couple of fairies.

Don't get me wrong- I'm not hating on spray paint- that takes skill and practice. I can't really do it. Just offering it as a distinguishing factor.
i'd love to see someone do a tribute to MCA. robots were big part of Hello Nasty phase too....just throwing that out there!

if you do, we should commizerate, & i'll shoot photos. would love to be a part of it somehow! thanks for considering,you're work looks amazing. i'd be very moved by it for sure, probably not the only one either! i shoot huge panoramas of walls every year i go. some of my favorite art i've ever seen is at bonnaroo, & it's so speacial because it is gone after 4 days. i have photos of them all around my house. i would try it, but am not a painter, or artist in that way. i'd just spray paint MCA, it'd be novice job for sure. wouldn't do him justice. i'll send it to Adam & Mike too, promise! he was all about peace & the spiritual/ creative leader of the Boyeeeees! "I go on, on! till the break of dawn, mowing down mc's like I'm mowing a lawn!" p.s. as for multiple ideas, McCartney monkey/ ape man (musical evolution thang? ) riding a Bjork unicorn!

I'd've honored if you'd photo it. I think the robot should definitely take a Buddha pose. I wish I was able to do a likeness but while I am mildy capable of that, the time constraints and my level of practice on portraits is prohibitive.

go with it! run with it! go wild! i'd love to shoot the progress of it as well, not just finished product. check the Intergalactic vid maybe for robot style? just having MCA up in lettering on or around robot would be so quacking rad! i'll post some inspiration in a moment here, my favorite video of all time, gimme a second to figure out how to post a vid...
being their main force of creative direction, i have to believe he had a heavy hand in creation of this video at this point in career and era of technology.boarding, graffiti, surfing, skating, partying, fish eye lense, satellites, earth, just feed on this video and Intergalactic and GO!! by looks of your work you can't go wrong. this is quacking cool man! thanks for collaborating! i didn't think i could be more excited for this year, but this is quacking rad!! (audio is poor!)

After starting this thread, my certainty of my attendance this year has softened. Long story but I'm trying to get there. All this will be contingent on one of two possible paths to 'roo panning out. Wish me luck!
