Going to do them at my office. I've been making calendars every Christmas for family since 2002. I usually make at least a dozen, so I've become a pro at doing them.

Forgive me if this has already been mentioned, but what's the cutoff date for following through on pledges? Money's a wee bit tight at the moment, but I could potentially throw in a bit of dough for some swine-on-swine goodness in a month or two.
Also, like Bonz, I'm interested in volunteering the services of a furry niece - donation TBD.

OK I'm a bit confused. I squirreled away $30 to get my cat Scarecrow JOnes looking over my head wounds into the calendar (bottom left corner of the example you posted). How do I make it happen? I know I send it to QSAROO, should I send them a picture too? I'm the guy with the bandage on his head. I'd like to get a few of these for my immediate family.

I'm in for $40, whatever that gets my 3 furbabies...may be able to get some tutus whipped up for the 2 dogs next week, I doubt that Luna the cat will go for it but you never know....and my daughter's tutu-wearing turtle, if you'd like to see that as well.

Hmmm... I shall have to consult with my team of financial advisors first to see what's practical - but I mean, we can't just not let this happen.
I mean... I picked up a second/side job since the Bacon campaign began. Minimum wage substitute motor route paperboy with the local newspaper, filling in 1-2 hours driving around the surrounding farm country when the regulars couldn't do it.
I've made about $135 doing that on the side thus far, and I'm into this Bacon whoring for $125 and a Route 66 necklace. It's gonna be worth it, dammit.

For those asking about the guitar, it's been both a blessing and a curse. Qsaroo has not made the leap to becoming an official 501C charitable organization as yet. Primarily because this would require a dedicated board of directors, a charter, monthly financial reporting, accountability to the IRS rather than just to this board and all of it's amazing members. After a lot of digging/reading, we've not found any loopholes that would allow us to legally raffle the guitar without becoming or partnering with a 501C. We can not use the 'charitable' (for profit) web sites for auctions without the 501C. Unless there are other ideas we are back to circling around EBay and posting it with a minimum bid. We had a semi-official appraisal done and its worth is not insignificant. We have a responsibility to raise as much for Mike as we can with this beautiful donation and this does take time. These past few months have been hectic. We hope to get our acts together and take action on this in the next month.
