I guess I should also say, I am soooo glad he has been feeling better in other avenues. He is talking to people more, posting more, laughing more. I wish the physical stuff would follow. I guess one has to find the bright spots in the darkness, huh. Also, how about a Roo love celebration in 2014. Catch my drift? A cake, some white tu-tus.....

Loki's tutu has arrived. It is so lovely. And for some reason, he seems more hesitant to wear it than bacon does his bacon suit. I explained to him it was for a good cause. He said Quack my good cause. I shall try again tomorrow. I see cat scratches in my future.

No :-( It all started in again last night. No explanation except for cancer pain. Fucking wretched. I'd give anything to take on half. I figure if we could each tackle half, we could win. For the most part, we have control over our own lives, can affect the outcome one way or another. The worst part is that both of us feel so helpless to this disease. We feel so robbed.

You know what makes a great Christmas/holiday gift? A calendar does! But not just any calendar. I mean, anybody to go to the mall & pick from hundreds of pretty, glossy calendars. You can choose lighthouses, comics, cute babies, scantily clad men. But you know what I think would make a great calendar? A Pets of Inforoo calendar!
Now I just threw this together today with some images on here. No photoshop, resizing, or anything. I will do all of that with the final version & it will look better than this; I just wanted to show the direction I was thinking of going.
So, I am proposing to create a 2014 Pets of Inforoo calendar, with ALL proceeds going to the Whoring for Whoreshack fund. It won't be as fancy as what you can buy at the mall, or Wal-Mart, or wherever. But it will go to a good cause & it will be all about us.
To get the most bang for the buck, whoring wise, I have some suggested donation levels.
To have your pet featured in the calendar, $1-5 suggested donation gets your pet featured in the calendar. $10-20 suggested donation to be the feature pet of the month. And we will let the cover pet go to the highest bidder.
So what I need you to do is send me a photo of your pet. And photos of you with your pet are highly encouraged. You may enter as many pets as you have, or enter the same pet numerous times. Feel free to request the month & I will do all I can to accommodate. You can upload your images here or email them to me here. As always, donations can be made at PayPal to the email address donations@qsaroo.com.
Once I have received all the submissions, I will create the calendar & it can be yours for a low introductory/suggested donation price of $10. I told you guys they aren’t going to mall quality, right?
I am going to put a submission deadline date of November 22th, the Friday before Thanksgiving. I will work on it the week of Thanksgiving & have them ready to be sent out by the first week of December.

OK, folks, November 22nd is almost here. I'm actually going to extend this to Sunday, the 24th. If you haven't already, please email me photos by then. If you have already sent them, thank you! Please send as many as you want, because I can fit multiple on a page. Which brings me to the cover. Highest bid is still Levon (Quacker), but I had envisioned having smaller photos surround the main photo on the cover. And we can fill the back cover as well. So, there is still a place for more pets in the calendar for a donation of $1-5. And don't you want your pet's photo in the inaugural Pets of Inforoo calendar??

Going to email Loki's now. A slight disclaimer. He HATED the tutu. He ran in sheer terror every time we tried to put it on him. So I sent some others as well. Not sure everyone wants to see a frightened cat in a tutu all through February.
