I am totally sick to my stomach as I believe my unregistered wristbands were thrown away in the bubble mailer they arrived in. I have saved all year to take my son. Is it really true they will not help me replace my tickets? I am so desperate after spending so much money!!

Ya i wonder if they know which RFID's are shipped to which places? If that is the case i figure they could deactivate the thrown away ones. But I am clueless

Last year, mine didn't come for a week after UPS said it was delivered. I called and had new ones issued. Of course, the next day my original wristbands arrive. I register them. 3 days later wristband 2 arrives. I register it also. Another day later I receive an email saying wristband 1 had been cancelled and that it was no longer active.

This. Last year there were tales of people getting replacements verified / originals cancelled via the order e-mail address. OP needs to call the phone number.

Having some issues as well. I messed up my original wristband (long and weird story) and called music today right after. They said it was no problem, it would just be a $13 fine and they would ship me a new wristband. That was nine days ago. I called music today back, and they said it arrived at my doorstep and was left there on Thursday. Thing was I went to work Thursday morning (around 9:30 or 10) then went straight back to my hometown to where my girlfriend lives after work. Reason being we left Friday morning to go to Cincinnati for Memorial Day Weekend. I got back to my apartment yesterday morning, and nothing was there.
They said they could do a screen tracker (or something like that) which could locate the box and send me email updates. If that don't work I would have to pick it up at will call which is at a middle school in Manchester.
I really dread that. I caught a ride with one of my better friends last year, and he actually took 2 others as well. Last year we got into Manchester around mid-night on Wednesday...and I doubt there open that late.

Does it strike any else as odd that the person who started this thread has only one post and has not did any followups to their situation?
No, that is very common this time of year. People lurk for a while or find the website when they have an issue and make an account to get help with an issue or to ask a question.
