My husband and I attempted to register our wristbands today. We entered our information, hit "register" and were sent to the Facebook and Twitter linking page. When we clicked on the graphic on that page, multiple windows popped up saying "ticket not found." Um... what?! This is NOT what happened last year.
We tried doing this in multiple browsers with the same result. We both received confirmation emails that we registered our wristbands, but I'm not feeling confident, what with the whole "ticket not found" fiasco. Musictoday had no idea what I was talking about when I called them.
Has anyone dealt with this problem before? Who do I contact to confirm I am registered and link my facebook account?
You can try to just re-register. If it is registered a box comes up and says "Already Registered". Just for kicks I tested mine.

Bonnaroo just isn't the same if I can't brag to everyone I know about the awesome shows I am seeing. I have a friend in London who is always talking about the great acts that come through. I have to beat her, dammit!

I did this and same thing. I have never received a conformation email though. My dilemma is that I dont know which wristband is mine and which is my dads. I also registered my dads to my email cause he doesn't know I bought them. Hope this poses no problems.

I've tried that about 10 times now (mostly while trying to make sure I was registered). It's the one that gives me the "ticket not found" error.
Try emailing bonnaroo@intellifestival.com! I never got my confirmation email I sent them an email and they got back to me saying my wristband was registered to me! Hope it helps.

Thanks, Luvdatroo, I will try it. I wrote info@Bonnaroo last night when I created this thread, but that was more just to ask who the heck to write about the problem! Hopefully intellifestival can help me.

I got my wristband registered...but when I click on the picture to link it to my facebook, I get this message: "Given URL is not allowed by the Application configuration.: One or more of the given URLs is not allowed by the App's settings. It must match the Website URL or Canvas URL, or the domain must be a subdomain of one of the App's domains"...???

I just tried to register my wristband, and I got to the second step too (linking the FB page) when I got the error message "Ticket not found"
Then I went back and it said "already registered" and i got a confirmation email saying I am registered, but I am still super worried!
I bought the wristband from a secondary source (I know...I know...) and I cant justify driving to TN (i live in central FL) just to find out it's not valid.
GRRRR! If anyone hears anything about this, please let me know!

I kept on getting the same window! I soon realized though that you don't type in the first row of letters and numbers, just the SECOND! row of letters and numbers.. ha I felt so stupid when I realized the only want the 16 digit code

As promised, here is the response from Bonnaroo.
"Hi Glit,
Thanks for getting in touch and providing us with that information. Your wristbands are registered to Ms. Glitterous and Mr. Glitterous. Please try connecting again through the registration set up to Facebook by entering your UIDs and clicking the 'Click here' at the bottom of the registration page. It seems to be working fine on our end so if you are having any difficulties please try a new browser (we recommend Firefox or Google Chrome). If you are still having problems please let us know."
I don't have the tickets at work, but when I get home I'm going to download a clean version of Firefox and try registering with Facebook again. I shall update on my success and failure.
