So I might need a little advice...
So, according to UPS my tickets were dropped off at my apartment at 2 p.m. today. But when I got home they weren't there. It just so happens that the outside of my apartment was painted today.
So either the painters picked up the package and took it to the office or well, someone took it. By the time I got home the office was closed. While it's perfectly reasonable that the leasing office has my tickets, its also possible they were stolen/lost.
I guess I should contact UPS / Music Today? The only info on the website just says no replacements once they are delivered, but they weren't really delivered to me.
Does anyone have any experience with something like this happening?

What a nightmare.
The office didn't have the package. If music today did a tracer, it could take up to 8 days and I would have to go to will call because my tix wouldn't be mailed in time and of course that would be a disaster timing wise.
So I had to pay to have them reshipped. I ha her make a note to deliver to the office.

I am in the same situation. I had to get another wristband shipped to me, they said the wristband was shipped last Thursday and left at my doorstep. I went to work that morning, and went straight to my girlfriends after work. We woke up the next morning and went to Cincinnati for the weekend. Came back to my place two or three days ago and nothing was here.
More than likely I will have to go to will-call, which I am afraid will be nightmare.

They told me the will call pickup started Thursday at noon at a high school. I'm guessing once most of VIP has been processed? I told the person that just wouldn't work and I would suck it up and pay the shipping. I don't have a new tracking number yet, but they debited my account immediately.
